The company raised a Series A round of USD 2.6 Mn in April 2022 led by 1Crowd, Mount Judi Ventures and Innospark Ventures. It also saw participation from Modulor Capital, Tremis Capital and ah! Ventures. The company also raised a subsequent round of founding in Jan 2024 from Windrose Capital, Mount Judi Ventures and existing investors. Rubick.ai (formally known as Text Mercato) plans to deploy funds raised in strengthening its tech infrastructure, adding new categories and adding new offerings to its DIY (Do-it-Yourself) SaaS platform.
Founded in 2015 by Kiran Ramakrishna, the Bengaluru-based startup serves over 50 brands such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Webedia France, The Luxury Closet UAE, and Live Auctioneers US as its customers.
